Shipping Policy

When placing an order please read over our production times and the shipping estimates. Please understand when placing your order that we can not be held responsible for shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience but it is out of our control. Our recommendation is to allow yourself as much time as possible.

• Once your order is placed, the processing time for our products is 1 - 3 business days. We will be sending you an email with the tracking number.
• If shipping in the US, the shipping time is normally 1-5 business days depending on the type of shipping service you select during checkout. International shipping, allow a couple of weeks before delivery.
• We are shipping from the state of Pennsylvania
• Once the package leaves our facilities, we can not guarantee the timeframe your package will be delivered. Please allow enough time prior to your need by date so your package can be delivered prior to your event.
• We do offer upgraded shipping that will be guaranteed.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
