Refund policy
Returns
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect via email at info@bestdayeverspot.com.
Several types of goods are non-returnable and non-refundable including the following items:
- Personalized merchandise (unless the error is caused by us, then see below)
- Perishable goods such as food and edible favors and gifts
- Personal care and cosmetic items such as lip balm, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, lotions
- Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalized, custom or damaged merchandise
Personalized and custom merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge. For items that are damaged or personalized incorrectly and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bestdayeverspot.com or call us at 484-672-1347. Once we have all of your information, we will replace your item within 3 - 5 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will inspect it and send an email within 3 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you if the return qualifies for a full refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted 3 -5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company to find out their timeline for refunds. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping your return
We will notify you as to the appropriate address for the return warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
